Our Fairwayviews apartment is situated in possibly the best private and quiet location within the resort, yet on the doorstep of the largest swimming pool which is only accessible to residents and guests.
The apartment has two large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and shower, as well as a second shower room. There is a large kitchen with lovely views towards Lagos, equipped with everything you may require, including an integral dishwasher, washing machine, floor to ceiling fridge /freezer, microwave and even a juicer and filter coffee machine for breakfast refreshment.
The sunshine fills the secluded rear patio and garden from sunrise, so you can sit in the sun having breakfast and plan the day ahead, have a barbecue, or just lay out on the sun-loungers topping up your tan. The secluded front garden is a lovely spot to relax late in the afternoon and soak up the last of the summer sunshine too.
Fairwayviews has an open plan dining area and large lounge with leather sofas and chair. The two double patio doors allow the sunlight to flood in making it feel light and airy. For entertainment there is a new large screen television showing all available Sky TV channels, a blue ray DVD player, a CD player and a variety of DVDs and CDs to cater for all ages and tastes. We also have a large collection of books for guests to read, and games.
All main rooms have air conditioning, and radiators, yet the windows have electric shutters which ensure that apartment can be kept cool throughout the warmer months.
We have a lovely property manager, Emily, who will visit you within 24 hours by appointment, to ensure that you are settled in and feeling at home. Emily is also able to provide you more local information should you need it, and can also provide you with a welcome pack if you arrive late at cost price.
Our apartment is within the resort’s Lakeview village on the Boavista Golf Resort.
Our apartment is one of the largest two bedroomed apartments on the resort, situated within Lakeview village, and in possibly the best private and quiet location, with car parking. It is ideal for individuals, couples, and families alike, with a front and rear private garden providing extended outdoor living areas as part of the Portuguese way of life. Please note the apartment has a no-smoking policy, and Boavista Golf Resort has a no pets policy. The south facing rear garden with table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ facilities offers spectacular views of the golf course and lake. The apartment is very secure with electric shutter blinds, 24-hour security patrols, and an electronic safe is provided for our guests too. There is excellent storage throughout for those looking to stay for longer periods of time. All bed linen and bathroom/kitchen towels are provided, and changed weekly.
Guest check-in time is 3pm and check out no later than 11am to allow for cleaning and laundry renewal. However please check with the us as the times can vary depending on booking and property management company timetable.
It is on the doorstep of the largest resort swimming pool and children’s pool, which is only available to owners and guests via key card access. There are ample sunbeds and umbrellas with lots of space around the pools to lay out and relax.
All Boavista facilities are within short walking distance including golf, tennis, football, a children’s playground, luxury spa and clubhouse facilities where our guests enjoy 10% discount. The luxury Spa has a large indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa and fully equipped gymnasium (all at discounted rates for our guests) .
A Boavista courtesy shuttle bus runs three times a day, Monday to Friday to and from the resort, with full details and timetable found in the apartment.
